This Privacy Policy explains how Honk Honk Punch Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use this app (the “App”).
We have designed the App to collect as little personal information as possible. We do not run ads in the App, we do not sell your data, and we do not require you to create an account.
Information we collect
We may collect the following limited information:
- Analytics data: We use analytics to understand how the App is used, such as which features are used and how often.
- App-specific user identifier: The App generates a user ID used only for analytics and app measurement. It is not used to directly identify you personally.
- Crash data: We use Crashlytics to receive crash reports and diagnostic information so we can investigate bugs and improve stability.
- Support emails: If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address and any information you include in your message.
We do not collect your name, postal address, phone number, or payment card details through the App.
Photos and permissions
The App uses Apple’s Photo Picker to let you choose photos or videos. This means the App only receives access to the specific items you select.
The App does not receive general access to your entire photo library through the Photo Picker.
If you choose to save an edited image or video, the App may request permission to save content to your photo library.
Subscriptions and payments
The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscription purchases, billing, and payment processing are handled by Apple through the App Store.
We do not receive your full payment card or billing details from Apple.
For information about managing or cancelling subscriptions, please use your Apple account settings or the App Store subscription settings.
How we use information
We use the limited information described above to:
- provide and operate the App;
- measure feature usage and improve the App;
- diagnose crashes, errors, and performance issues; and
- respond to support requests or other emails you send to us.
Advertising
We do not use advertising in the App.
Support emails and retention
If you email us, we may keep your email and our reply history so we can respond to you properly and refer back to earlier support conversations if you contact us again.
If you would like us to delete an email you sent us, you can contact us and ask for it to be removed, and we will handle that request where reasonably practicable.
Third-party services
We use third-party services to help us operate and improve the App, including analytics and crash reporting providers.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information we receive. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
