By downloading or using Overlay (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App.
Overlay and all related intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other rights in the App, are owned by Honk Honk Punch Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
We may update, improve, or change the App from time to time. We may also add, remove, or modify features at our discretion.
The App is provided for your personal use. You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains secure and compatible with the App.
We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as doing so may affect security, system stability, and the proper functioning of the App.
Some features of the App may require an internet connection. We are not responsible if the App is unavailable or does not function properly due to lack of connectivity, limited bandwidth, or issues with your mobile carrier or internet provider.
If you use the App on a mobile network, your carrier’s standard data and roaming charges may apply. You are responsible for any such charges.
The App may allow you to select photos or other media from your device using Apple-provided system interfaces such as Photo Picker.
We only access the items that you explicitly choose to provide to the App. We do not receive access to your entire photo library through this process.
To help us maintain and improve the App, we may use limited analytics and crash reporting tools, including Firebase Crashlytics. These tools help us understand app stability and general feature usage.
We do not use the App to serve third-party advertising, and we do not collect personal information for advertising purposes.
The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions, including weekly and yearly subscription options.
Subscription pricing is shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by country, currency, and App Store pricing rules.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
We aim to keep the App useful, reliable, and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honk Honk Punch Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
