THIS PRIVACY POLICY EXPLAINS WHAT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU IS COLLECTED, HOW THIS IS DONE, WHAT IT IS USED FOR, AND TO WHOM SOLITAIRE (HENCEFORTH REFERRED TO AS THE APP), HONK HONK PUNCH PTY LTD DISCLOSES THIS INFORMATION AND UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES.

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the «last updated» date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

The Short Version

The app does not collect any personal information. There is no account, no registration, no login, and nothing you do in the app is sent to us or to anyone else.
The app shows no advertising and contains no advertising network, no analytics service and no crash-reporting service.
The app does not use the internet to play. Every game is dealt and played entirely on your device. The only thing it downloads is the list of our other apps, described below.

Information We Collect about You :

We don’t have a registration/login process, so we don’t store personal information such as your name or account details anywhere.
The app does not collect, transmit or store usage data, device identifiers, location, contacts or any other personal information. The only request it makes to us is to download the list of our other apps, and that request carries no information about you or your device.
We collect only your email address when you decide to email our developers for feedback, a bug report or a feature request. We collect that information to solve bugs or improve the app, and we will use it only to reply to you. We will never use that information for any other purpose, such as to further market our products, or to disclose your personal information to a third party.

Information Stored on Your Device :

Your settings, game preferences, statistics and any game in progress are saved on your device so the app can pick up where you left off. This information never leaves your device unless your own device backup or iCloud settings copy it as part of the app’s data.
If you choose a photo of your own as the table background, the app keeps a copy of that photo in its own storage on your device. It is not uploaded anywhere. You can remove it at any time by choosing a different table background, or by deleting the app.

Analytics and Advertising :

The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. It does not ask for permission to track you because it does not track you.

Permissions :

The app does not ask for access to your photo library, camera, location, microphone, contacts or any other protected part of your device. When you choose a photo for the table background, Apple’s own photo picker shows your photos to you and hands the app only the single photo you selected.

Our Other Apps :

The app includes a page listing other apps made by Honk Honk Punch Pty Ltd. To keep that list current, the app downloads it, together with the app icons, from our own content server no more than a few times a day. The request is a plain download: it carries no account, advertising identifier, device identifier or any other information about you, and we keep no record of it. This is not an advertising network. If you tap one of those apps, your device opens the App Store, and from that point Apple’s privacy policy applies. Nothing about your choice is reported back to us.

PURCHASES

The app is free. It has no in-app purchases and no subscriptions, and it never asks for payment details.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

Because the app does not send any of your information to us, there is no personal information about you for us to secure. Information the app stores on your device is protected by the security of your device itself, so we recommend keeping your device and its operating system up to date and protected with a passcode.

INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THIRD PARTIES

The app does not include any third-party software development kits that collect information, and we do not share any information with third parties. The list of our other apps is served from a content delivery network we pay for (DigitalOcean); like any web server it may see the network address your request came from, and we do not receive or keep that. Apple may collect information in connection with your download and use of the app through the App Store; that collection is governed by Apple’s privacy policy, available at apple.com/legal/privacy.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, please contact us and we will delete it.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update, change or modify this Privacy Policy, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the «last updated» date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our app will signify your acceptance of these changes.
